Commercial cleaning
We clean offices and apartment buildings on a regular schedule, for the people responsible for keeping them presentable: office managers, building owners and property managers.
Looking for your own home, apartment or condo cleaned? That is priced online in about a minute. See your price.
How a building gets priced
A home on this site is priced in about a minute, because homes are comparable to each other. A building is not. Two buildings of the same square footage can be an hour apart in the work they take, depending on how many restrooms they have, how the floors are finished, how the space is partitioned, how much of it is actually cleaned, and what hours the building is available.
So a building is priced after somebody walks it. We look at the areas that take the time rather than the total on the lease, agree what is in scope and what is not, and give you one figure for a regular visit. Nothing is charged through this website, and there is nothing to sign to get a number.

Tell us about your building
Send the basics and we will call you back to arrange a walkthrough. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation after it.
What we ask, and why
- What kind of building it is, and roughly how big
- How many restrooms, because they take longer than any other room in the building
- How often you want it cleaned
- What hours the building is available
- Anything already going wrong with the current arrangement
