What is included
- Everything in a standard cleaning, every visit
- Kitchen counters, backsplash, sink and stovetop cleaned
- Appliance exteriors and cabinet fronts wiped
- Bathrooms scrubbed: shower, tub, toilet, sink and mirror
- All surfaces dusted, including shelves, sills and furniture
- Floors vacuumed and mopped in every room
- Beds made, or linens changed if left out
- Trash emptied and liners replaced
- Usually the same team on the same day, so the house is known
- A lower rate the more often we come: weekly lowest, then every two weeks, then every four weeks
What is not included
- Inside the fridge, oven or cabinets (each is an add-on)
- Interior windows (an add-on)
- Deep-clean tasks such as grout and behind heavy furniture, except on the first visit or a scheduled deep clean
- Dishes and general tidying before the cleaning
- Carpet shampooing and upholstery cleaning

Who it is for

The first visit is priced as a deep clean so the standard clean has a baseline to hold. From the second visit the recurring rate applies, and you can change the interval or stop at any time.

Questions about recurring cleaning
A standard clean maintains a house that is already in good shape. The first visit does the work that has built up, so every visit after it can hold that standard. If your home has been professionally cleaned recently, say so in the request notes and we will look at pricing the first visit as a standard clean.
Usually. We schedule the same team to the same house on the same day where we can, because a team that knows your home works faster and misses less. When someone is out, the replacement works from the same checklist.
Yes. Call or email and we move or skip it. Changing the interval changes the rate from the next visit, because the discount follows how often we come. There is no contract to change.
