What is included

- Walls spot-cleaned for marks and scuffs where the paint allows

Who it is for
A buyer or tenant taking possession of a house the previous owner cleaned to their own standard, or did not clean at all. Done before the movers arrive, while every cabinet and closet is still empty and every floor is bare.
Book it for after closing and before the moving truck. If the house was just renovated, the post-renovation clean is the right one instead; construction dust needs a different approach.

Questions about move-in cleaning
After the previous occupant is out and before your furniture goes in. An empty house lets us reach the inside of every cabinet, closet and drawer and the whole floor. If the movers are already booked, give us their date in the request notes so we can schedule ahead of it.
It does not have to be, but the price and the checklist assume it is. Boxes and furniture in the rooms mean we clean around them, and the inside of anything that is full stays as it is. If some furniture arrives first, say so in the request and we plan around it.
Same standard of work, applied to an empty house. A deep clean works around your furniture and treats the inside of stocked cabinets as an add-on; a move-in clean has no furniture to work around, so the inside of every empty cabinet, drawer and closet is included and floors are done wall to wall.
