What is included
- The standard cleaning scope, sized to the unit
- Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors cleaned
- Bathrooms scrubbed: shower, tub, toilet, sink and mirror
- All surfaces dusted, including shelves, sills and furniture
- Floors vacuumed and mopped in every room
- Beds made, or linens changed if left out
- Trash emptied and taken to the chute or the building bins
- Entry through the doorman, a fob, a lockbox or a code, whichever your building uses
- Building rules followed: service elevator, work hours, parking and sign-in
- Balcony or patio floor swept
What is not included
- Inside the fridge, oven or cabinets (each is an add-on)
- Interior windows (an add-on)
- Deep-clean tasks such as grout and baseboards, except on the first visit or a scheduled deep clean
- Hallways, lobbies and anything the association maintains
- Carpet shampooing and upholstery cleaning

Who it is for
Anyone in a condo, townhome or apartment who wants the same standard as a house clean without paying a house price. The calculator prices by bedrooms and bathrooms, so a one-bedroom unit is priced as a one-bedroom.
Recurring visits suit units best: a smaller footprint stays clean on an every-two-weeks or every-four-weeks interval, and the rate is lower than a single visit. Tell us how the building handles entry, parking and elevators in the request and we take it from there.

Questions about apartment and condo cleaning
However your building works: a doorman who expects us, a fob or key left with the front desk, a lockbox, or a code. Put it in the request notes along with where to park and whether there is a service elevator. Whatever you tell us is written on your request and stays with your team.
Yes. Many associations restrict work to certain hours, require sign-in, or ask contractors to use the service elevator. Tell us the rules in the request and we work inside them. If the building asks for paperwork before a contractor comes in, ask us and we will say what we can provide.
It is priced the same way: by bedrooms, bathrooms, service type and how often we come. A smaller unit has fewer of each, so the number is lower. Square footage is optional in the calculator.
