No. Most customers are at work. You choose how we get in — a key, a code, or you let us in. Whatever you choose is written on your request and only your team sees it.

At least two days ahead. The date field on the request form only offers dates we can take, so you will not be offered a day we cannot keep. If you need something sooner than the form allows, call and ask; a day sometimes opens up.

Monday through Saturday. The date field on the request form only offers those days, and you choose a preferred date and arrival window when you send the request. We do not clean on Sundays.

You choose one when you request: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. The crew arrives inside the window you chose and stays until the card is done, so the finish time depends on the size of the home. If the crew is running late, you hear from us.

In the request form, after bedrooms and bathrooms. Choose the add-ons you want and they are included in your quote. You can also add one when we confirm by phone.

After the previous occupant is out and before your furniture goes in. An empty house lets us reach the inside of every cabinet, closet and drawer and the whole floor. If the movers are already booked, give us their date in the request notes so we can schedule ahead of it.

After the contractor has finished and removed the debris, and after the last sanding or cutting. Cleaning before the trades are done means cleaning twice. If the project was one room, say so in the request and we scope the clean to that room and the rooms the dust reached.

Yes. Tell us and we set an interval. Recurring visits are priced lower than a single visit, and the first recurring visit is priced as a deep clean unless the house has been cleaned professionally recently.

Yes. Many associations restrict work to certain hours, require sign-in, or ask contractors to use the service elevator. Tell us the rules in the request and we work inside them. If the building asks for paperwork before a contractor comes in, ask us and we will say what we can provide.

No. Scraps, packaging and leftover materials are for the contractor to haul away. We handle the dust and the residue left on surfaces once the space is clear, and we bag the small trash that remains.

It does not have to be, but the price and the checklist assume it is. Boxes and furniture in the rooms mean we clean around them, and the inside of anything that is full stays as it is. If some furniture arrives first, say so in the request and we plan around it.

Per visit. An add-on is a fixed amount added to the visit you choose it for. On a recurring schedule, tell us whether you want it every visit or only sometimes; the fridge, for instance, rarely needs it every two weeks.

After. Once the house is empty we can reach every floor, closet and cabinet, and nothing gets scuffed after we finish. Give us the move date in the request and we schedule after it and before the keys go back.

Usually. We schedule the same team to the same house on the same day where we can, because a team that knows your home works faster and misses less. When someone is out, the replacement works from the same checklist.

Yes: standard, deep, move-in, move-out or post-renovation. The move-out page says which ones landlords expect. Anything not on this page is not an add-on; if you need something we do not list, put it in the request notes and we will say whether we can do it.

Yes. Call or email and we move or skip it. Changing the interval changes the rate from the next visit, because the discount follows how often we come. There is no contract to change.

Pick up anything you do not want moved and put valuables away. You do not need to tidy for us. If there is a room you want left alone, say so in the request.

The request form only offers dates we can take, so the earliest date it shows is the earliest we can come. For something sooner than that, call and we will say what is possible.

Same standard of work, applied to an empty house. A deep clean works around your furniture and treats the inside of stocked cabinets as an add-on; a move-in clean has no furniture to work around, so the inside of every empty cabinet, drawer and closet is included and floors are done wall to wall.

It is priced the same way: by bedrooms, bathrooms, service type and how often we come. A smaller unit has fewer of each, so the number is lower. Square footage is optional in the request.

No. Most move-out cleans happen in an empty home after the furniture has gone. Leave the water and power on, since the crew needs both, and tell us in the request how we get in and how to lock up when we leave. If your landlord or buyer has given you a checklist, send it with the request and we clean to it.
