What we clean
We publish the checklist because "cleaned" means different things to different people, and a price only means something if you know what it buys. This is the card the crew carries into your home, and it is the standard the guarantee is measured against.
The Misty Method
Walk through with your notes
Before anything is touched, the lead reads your request notes and walks the rooms in scope: what you asked for, what to leave alone, where the pets are and which products you want used or avoided.
Top to bottom in every room
Dust falls. Each room is worked from the highest surface down, so fixtures and shelves are done before counters, counters before furniture, and everything before the floor.
Wet rooms scrubbed by hand
The kitchen and bathrooms are scrubbed, not wiped: sinks, tubs, showers, toilets and tile by hand, with the right product for each surface and a clean cloth for each room.
Dry rooms dusted, floors last
Bedrooms, living areas, halls and stairs are dusted and straightened, then every floor is vacuumed and mopped as the last thing in each room, working out of the door so nothing is walked on.
A final pass against the card
Before leaving, the lead walks every room against this checklist and ticks it off. Anything missed is done then, not next time.

Kitchen
- Counters and backsplash wiped down, including under small appliances
- Sink and faucet scrubbed
- Stovetop and range hood exterior degreased
- Appliance exteriors wiped, including the fridge and dishwasher fronts
- Microwave wiped inside and out
- Cabinet fronts and handles spot-cleaned
- Table and chairs wiped
- Floor vacuumed and mopped, trash emptied and the liner replaced
Bathrooms
- Shower and tub scrubbed
- Toilet cleaned inside, outside and around the base
- Sink, faucet and vanity top scrubbed
- Mirror and glass cleaned
- Towel bars, fixtures and door handles wiped
- Floor vacuumed and mopped, corners by hand
- Trash emptied and the liner replaced
Bedrooms
- Beds made, or linens changed if fresh ones are left out
- Surfaces dusted, including headboards, nightstands and lamps
- Mirrors and glass cleaned
- Light switches and door handles wiped
- Floors vacuumed, under the bed where it can be reached
- Trash emptied
Living areas
- Surfaces dusted, including shelves, picture frames and electronics
- Upholstery vacuumed and cushions straightened
- Glass tables and mirrors cleaned
- Light switches, remotes and door handles wiped
- Cobwebs removed from corners
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
Entry hall and stairs
- Front door glass and handles cleaned
- Console table, coat hooks and railings dusted
- Light switches and door handles wiped
- Mat shaken out and the floor vacuumed and mopped
- Stairs vacuumed, edges by hand
Laundry room
- Washer and dryer exteriors wiped
- Lint trap emptied
- Counter and folding surface wiped
- Sink scrubbed where there is one
- Floor vacuumed and mopped, behind the machines where it can be reached
- Exterior windows, mold, animal or human waste, sharps and anything that needs a licensed trade are never on the card. We do not clean them at any price.
- Inside the fridge, inside the oven, inside cabinets, interior windows and laundry are add-ons. Choose them in the calculator and they are priced before anyone arrives.
