From the size of your home and the kind of cleaning: bedrooms, bathrooms, the type of cleaning, how often we come, and any add-ons, with a square-footage band for larger homes. The same rate card applies to every home, and the number we quote is the number we confirm. There is nothing to negotiate on the doorstep.
Four things: the size of the home, in bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage; the type of cleaning, since deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning and post-renovation cleaning take longer and cost more than a standard clean; how often we come, because recurring visits are priced lower than a one-time visit; and any add-ons you choose. Condition matters too: if we have never cleaned your home, the first visit is usually priced as a deep clean.
It depends which part of the area you are in. The Barrington area and the northwest suburbs carry no travel charge. The North Shore and the western suburbs carry one, added to the price and shown as its own line in your quote.
