No. Recurring cleanings are priced lower, but you can change or stop at any time.
From the size of your home and the kind of cleaning: bedrooms, bathrooms, the type of cleaning, how often we come, and any add-ons, with a square-footage band for larger homes. The same rate card applies to every home, and the number you are given is the number we confirm. There is no estimate visit and nothing to negotiate on the doorstep.
Four things: the size of the home, in bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage; the type of cleaning, since deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning and post-renovation cleaning take longer and cost more than a standard clean; how often we come, because recurring visits are priced lower than a one-time visit; and any add-ons you choose. Condition matters too: if we have never cleaned your home, the first visit is usually priced as a deep clean.
Only in the outer part of the service area. In Barrington, Barrington Hills, South Barrington, North Barrington, Lake Barrington, Inverness and Deer Park there is no travel charge. In Lake Zurich, Palatine, Hoffman Estates, Cary and Fox River Grove a travel charge is added and shown as its own line, so you see it before you send the request.
