What is included
- Everything in a deep cleaning, in an empty house
- Inside every cabinet, drawer, closet and pantry wiped
- Appliance exteriors degreased, inside the microwave cleaned
- Baseboards, door frames, sills and trim wiped by hand
- Bathrooms scrubbed and descaled, grout and shower tracks included
- Light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents and switch plates cleaned
- Walls, doors and trim spot-cleaned for scuffs and fingerprints
- Floors vacuumed and mopped wall to wall, corners by hand
- Washer and dryer wiped inside and out, lint trap cleared, if the machines stay
What is not included
- Inside the fridge and oven (each is an add-on, and most landlords and buyers expect both)
- Interior window glass (an add-on)
- Carpet shampooing, often a separate lease requirement
- Hauling furniture, trash or anything left behind
- Repairs, paint touch-ups and nail holes

Who it is for
A tenant handing back keys with a deposit on the line, or a seller who wants the house to show as well at the final walk-through as it did at the open house.
Book it for after the movers and before the inspection. Check the lease or the listing notes for anything specific: many leases call for the inside of the oven and fridge, which are add-ons here, and carpet cleaning, which we do not do.

Questions about move-out cleaning
We clean to the checklist on this page, which covers what a landlord or property manager checks at a walk-through. What we cannot control is damage, wear, or lease terms beyond cleaning, such as professional carpet cleaning. Read your lease for anything specific and add it to the request notes.
After. Once the house is empty we can reach every floor, closet and cabinet, and nothing gets scuffed after we finish. Give us the move date in the request and we schedule after it and before the keys go back.
Inside the fridge and inside the oven, almost always: leases and buyers expect both, and they are the first things a walk-through checks. Interior windows if the lease mentions them. Each add-on is a fixed amount per visit and shows in the calculator before you request.
