Who it is for
A home coming out of a remodel, an addition or a new build, once the contractor has finished and the debris is gone. Construction dust keeps settling after the last cut, inside cabinets, in vents and on every ledge, and it needs more than a standard clean.
This is the most thorough clean we do and is priced that way. Schedule it after the final walk-through with your contractor, when nobody else will be sanding, and before the furniture comes back.

Questions about post-renovation cleaning
After the contractor has finished and removed the debris, and after the last sanding or cutting. Cleaning before the trades are done means cleaning twice. If the project was one room, say so in the request and we scope the clean to that room and the rooms the dust reached.
No. Scraps, packaging and leftover materials are for the contractor to haul away. We handle the dust and the residue left on surfaces once the space is clear, and we bag the small trash that remains.
Because everything gets touched, some of it more than once. Fine dust settles again after the first pass, so floors and horizontal surfaces are done twice, and the inside of every new cabinet, closet and vent cover is part of the job rather than an add-on.
